To set up a bookstore account:

Send VA Form 28-1905 to the University of Washington Bothell Bookstore via fax to (206) 634-3407 or email at richard.chiem@ubookstore.com
Accounts are set up Monday to Friday and can take 3 business days to be established.
Books needed for class would only be available at the Bothell University Bookstore.
Please note that the 28-1905 sent, must have the University Bookstore listed in section B8 as the service provider (18325 Campus Way NE, Bothell, WA 98011)
NOTE: Your VA assigned counselor will have to send the 1905 to the School Certifying Official for this to get processed.
ACE: If you plan to attend multiple quarters, you could ask to get your 1905 dates of quarters extended.

In order to register your vehicle you are going to have to create a UW Net ID, if you do not have a UW Net ID please visit http://www.cascadia.edu/services/computing/uwnetid.aspx and set one up.

Once you have set one up please follow the below instructions

o Choose permit type (Please choose Summer quarter 2019/2020, 5-day pass)

o Register your license plate (You can register up to 4 of your cars!)

o Your account should have no balance on it. If it does STOP and reach out to the Certifying Official ASAP!

o When it prompts you for a payroll deduction, press NO

o After you are finished you are good to park.
